Hello
Was not happy with the reed diffuser, I could not get the insert out to install the sticks, it was stuck, was not my first time using reed diffuser and never had a problem. I scratched up the top and had to just cut the insert, it would not come out! Ended up emptying it out into another bottle
Just will not order again
