Great product & service

The products that I ordered were everything I was expecting it to be. Nice presentation & great fragrance. After ordering, the product was quickly delivered in an expected amount of time. Anything was well packed and the product arrived undamaged and in good condition. I will definitely order again in the future.

Hello
Was not happy with the reed diffuser, I could not get the insert out to install the sticks, it was stuck, was not my first time using reed diffuser and never had a problem. I scratched up the top and had to just cut the insert, it would not come out! Ended up emptying it out into another bottle
Just will not order again
