Refillable Glass Bottle with plastic pump nozzle 

Directions: Pump soap into hands and work into a lather for at least 20 seconds. Rinse well and wash often!

Ingredients:  Aqua (Water), Sodium C14-16 Olefin Sulfonate, Cocomidopropyl Betaine, Cocamide MEA, Pentaerythrityl Tetrastearate (PEG 150), Glycerin, Fragrance, Phenoxyethanol, Citric Acid, Tetrasodium EDTA, Tocopherol (Vitamin E), Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice.

I hate to do this BUT....

I love the product.
The customer service was responsive.
But I'm not happy.

I ordered the hand soap and to my surprise, the glass bottle arrived intact-yay! Problem? About one-third of the soap leaked out. I contacted customer service to have some soap only resent as replacement however at this time they do not have the capacity to do so. A $5 credit was issued on a $12.99 item + $7.99 shipping which was an attempt to satisfy me, however, this was purchased as a gift, a gift that is now unfit for sharing so I'll need to spend another $22 to buy a NEW gift. Bright side? I got 2/3 of a bottle of delicious smelling hand soap in a solid attractive glass dispenser.
